The Portage Senior Center is offering various arts & craft classes throughout the month and all seniors aged 60 and up are welcome to attend. There is no cost, but sign-up will be required. The Portage County Senior Center will be holding a Grief Support Group led by Serenity Hospice on Wednesday, November 13th at 12:15. The program will begin with a discussion on grief led by a chaplain from Serenity, followed by the support group. Because the holiday time can be so difficult for some, they will be returning again in December for those in need. The Portage County Senior Center will hold their monthly Lunch & Learn event on Friday, November 15th at 11:00. The topic this month is “Healthy Relationships” presented by TownHall 2. The lunch is also courtesy of TownHall 2 and will be catered by Guido’s Restaurant. There is no cost for the event, but space is limited so sign-up is required.
