Domino’s is the New Pizza Deal in Newton Falls

Newton Falls – Matthew and Jeannine Jordan have doubled their Dominos.
Having established a Domino’s Pizza that has flourished in Garrettsville for the past 18 years, the Jordans just added a second location in Newton Falls to their family business plan. What’s more, the Broad Street Domino’s in Newton Falls is more than double the size of the State Street locale in Garrettsville.

Since opening on September 26, Jordan says the Newton Falls Domino’s has been “going gangbusters!” He says, “We’ve had a fantastic response in Newton Falls, despite the fact that they have other pizza shops nearby. But I guess that’s the case in Garrettsville, too.”

What’s the recipe for their success? Aside from a great menu, Jordan says a combination of corporate vision and promotions coupled with hard work from Matt, Jeannine and their combined crew of 45 employees keeps customers coming back for more.

According to their website, there are over 34 million ways to craft a single Domino’s pizza. “Customize your pizza from crust to sauce or choose from one of our most-loved specialty pizzas, like the popular MeatZZa™, Honolulu Hawaiian, or Memphis BBQ Chicken, and have it delivered to your door today, fast!”

Jordan also says that in terms of technology, Domino’s has been ahead of its competitors with online ordering since 2011 and delivery tracking since 2013. Last year, Domino’s introduced both a wedding and baby registry for true Domino’s fans. It also became the first pizza delivery chain to offer points to loyalty members for online, in-store and phone orders. Jordan adds that customer-friendly promotions like $7.99 for a large three-topping pizza and Mix & Match for $5.99 have proven to create lots of return business.

Beyond business, the Jordans also enjoy supporting the community with their pizza promotions. For instance, Domino’s Pizza appears on the school menus for James A. Garfield, Windham and Crestwood students (Newton Falls schools will soon be added to that list). They also provide buy one-get one cards for the James A. Garfield High School Band fundraisers. Jordan says, “Whenever they ask me, I do what I can for the VFW, the schools, the Lions Club, the Scouts and other organizations.”

While the Jordans call Garrettsville home, they are excited to branch out to nearby Newton Falls. To take in their new pizza place, head to 10 W. Broad Street in Newton Falls and enjoy the spacious new dining area. Otherwise, walk in to place a takeout order, order your pizza online at dominos.com, or call (330) 872-2011.
