David E. Van Oss, 35 of Garrettsville, OH joined the Lord with his wife by his side Wednesday the 24th of May, in their home, son to Lauraine VanOss and the late Jerome Van Oss
He was a graduate of James A. Garfield High and the Nuclear A school (enlisted), and he then Medically retired from the Navy. He truly loved serving his Country and being amongst great people and building lasting friendships. His most loved hobbies were, Magic the Gathering, writing, music, traveling, anything Marvel really, video games, and delicious food!
David will be so truly missed by his loving wife, Christine H. VanOss, his mother, Lauraine VanOss, in-laws, Emily and Charles (Perdreauville) and all his wonderful brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, The Smiths, The Bruyeres, Snyders and Van Oss’. Also, all his online friends from all over the world, and extended family on the Hous side.
David is preceeded in death by his father, Jerome Van Oss; his nephew, Mathew Smith; and Christine’s grandparents, Nina Auyang and Chieh Hou.
