Newton Falls – There are lots of exciting things happening with Home 44444 the Holidays!
The Jr and Sr high band and choir concerts will take place on December 10th during Home 44444 the Holidays in Newton Falls. This event is from 10 am to 4 pm, with the concert taking place at 1pm. The craft show has 124 tables with over 90 vendors. The Chinese Auction has many items including a net book and many item s that have been donated from the businesses, vendors and community members. The children will be able to get a free photo with Santa and will get a stocking with goodies from Santa as well as get their faces painted and the opportunity to make a card for our troops or friends in the nursing home. The Western Reserve Modular Railroad Club will have a very nice set up at the event as well. You can also purchase your 2012 Newton Falls Calendar with the artwork of Ed Sinchak, a retired Newton Falls art teacher brought to you by the Newton Township Cemetery Association.
We have again partnered with the police “Fill a Cruiser” program and the Newton Falls Schools to fill a bus. You can drop off food donations on Friday the 9th as well as bring them with you on the 10th.
In addition to the 50/50 raffle this year we will be raffling off an Acer Iconia Tablet. These tickets will be 1.00 each or you can purchase a stocking for 5.00. The stockings will randomly have 5,6,7,8,9 or 10 tickets in them.
