Mantua – The family-friendly event that was highlighted in last week’s paper has been changed. The event will still be held at the Mantua Township School on Saturday, August 17th from 1 – 5 pm. The event will still feature kid-friendly activities, including bounce houses, face painting, and balloon art. Families will still have the chance to play corn hole and bocce ball together, and enjoy live music. The big change is that the $25 admission charge has been waived. The meal, which includes roasted pork, baked beans, pasta salad, coleslaw, and dessert will still be available; attendees may choose to make a donation to support the efforts of the Mantua Restoration Society efforts within the Township.
