Windham – After four days of a soft opening, Keith Brugmann officially opened his auto repair shop in Windham, called Brugmanns Auto Clinic Inc. Brugmann is an experienced mechanic and had done all the mechanical for the Mantua- Shalersville Fire Department for the past 25 years. He also works for F&S in Mantua. He is excited about serving the community of Windham and the surrounding area.

The shop is located at 9710 East Center Street in Windham, where the old Gano’s Auto Clinic was located. He will be open Monday thru Friday 8am – 5 pm. Right now, he isn’t planning on being open on Saturdays, but he said he might have to reconsider that, if he continues to stay busy.

He has a full-service garage, offering brake service, engine repair, exhaust systems, tune-ups, oil changes etc. Basically, if your car needs it, he can fix it. He has stated “I have an old-fashioned way of doing business. Competitive pricing and extraordinary customer service are my business model. For example, an oil change isn’t just an oil change and will always come with an 18-point inspection.” Currently, he can’t do alignments but don’t despair, he will have that equipment setup and running soon.

When asked why Windham, he replied “I’ve always liked the small village and can see the potential for growth in the community, especially if they open the Windham gate of Camp Garfield. He also said there is a huge need for a quality repair shop at a fair price.” He believes he can fill the need with good old-fashioned service.

Since the soft opening, he has been very busy and has already put in a few late nights. Brugmann plans on doing most of the work himself but he will eventually hire an assistant to help him out.

He is a community guy. His family has always been heavily involved in the community they have done business in and they have been heavily invested in the community as well. Brugmann says he will continue to carry on his family’s tradition of being involved and invested in Windham.

Brugmann is originally from the Mantua area and will continue to reside there with his girlfriend Michelle Larch, who is known as” Peanut” to their friends. Peanut is a hands-on gal too, so expect to see her helping out wherever needed.

Lastly, Brugmann wanted to say “Thank you Windham for the warm welcome”, and especially to his mentor, Dean Stebbins from F&S for his professional guidance and leadership in this new business venture.

So, if you’re looking for quality auto repair service at a great price, give Brugmann’s Auto Clinic Inc. a try. They can be reached at 330.326.6063.
