Book Club Meeting of the Garrettsville Library In-Person and via Zoom

Garrettsville – The Book Discussion Club of the Garrettsville Library will meet in-person outdoors and via Zoom on Tuesday September 21 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  This month’s selected title is the New York Times bestseller Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. One by one Kya’s family abandons her, leaving an uneducated 10-year-old in a dilapidated North Carolina wetland shack. Kya becomes the “marsh girl” as nature teaches Kya survival and valuable life lessons. Copies of the book are available at the reference desk. 

The Garrettsville Library, a Portage County District Library branch, is located at 10482 South Street in Garrettsville. Library is open Monday and Tuesday, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm; Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; and closed Thursdays and Sundays.
