AARP Chapter #4527 Collects Items for Organizations in Need

1761

Due to the current coronavirus epidemic, the Bainbridge/Chagrin AARP Chapter #4527 will cancel all meetings until further notice. We want to keep all of our seniors safe and healthy.

Please follow all of the rules and regulations as to be in quarantine, and wash your hands often.

We are still collecting staples and toiletry items, if you are able, to drop them off at our Food For Friends Food Pantry, at the Bainbridge Town Hall, on the side of the building behind the Fire Station.

We are also still collecting dog food and dog items for the Geauga Dog Shelter on Merritt Road, just past the Sheriff’s office and Geauga Jail.  There is a tub for donations outside the building.

If you have some donations and cannot get to the Dog Shelter, you can drop them off at the Triplett residence, 8498 Tulip Lane, and they will take them out to the shelter.

We are not asking you to go outside your residence, but if you should happen to be in the area, please drop off the items needed if you can. We are all in dire need.

Please stay safe, and we hope this epidemic will be over soon!

Any further information, you can call Betty Franek at 440-543-4767.
