In accordance with R.C. 121.22, R.C. 3313.16, and applicable laws, the Treasurer of the Crestwood Local School District Board of Education (“Board”) hereby serves written notice that a special meeting of the Board is hereby called for Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.,at the Crestwood Central Office, which is located at 10880 John Edward Drive, Mantua, Ohio 44255. The purpose of this special meeting is as follows: Discussion: (1) High School Gym Floor Replacement and (2)Bids Received. Executive Session: To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing by division (G)(1) of section 121.22 of the Revised Code.
