Get ready for a fun and exciting treasure hunt to benefit the Nelson-Garrettsville Community Cupboard! The event will be held on Saturday, November 4th from 10:00am – 12:00pm. Teams of all ages and sizes are welcome to participate. Simply sign up your team at mylifechurchag.org/register.
On the day of the event, each team will be given clues to find 10 stops in Garrettsville. At each stop, you will complete a challenge to earn a food item. Once all food items are collected, you will finish the race at the food pantry, where the items will make a complete Thanksgiving meal for families in need.
The winning team will win the “Top Turkey” perpetual trophy and be promoted on social media.
This event is free to participate in, but one of the challenges may ask you to make a small purchase of an item less than $10 to contribute to the meal. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Nelson-Garrettsville Community Cupboard, a local food pantry that provides food assistance to families in need.
