Unique Ribbon Cutting at S&K Sales & Service

Garrettsville – The newest business to locate in Garrettsville, S&K Sales & Service, Inc., held a Grand Opening celebration at their new location at 8018 French St.  Success at their previous venue in Freedom Township led the family–and it IS a family operation, with everyone pitching in at everything from greeting visitors at the door to handing out the free hot dogs–to move into more spacious quarters in the old Paul’s Do-It Center.

The new operation features a broad selection of brands : BobCat, Ferris, Echo, Husqvarna, Kohler Branson, Dixon, Kawasaki, eXmark, to name a few.  There was even something called Jungle Jack; how can you NOT love a brand called Jungle Jack?  There’s Slime too.  Don’t ask.

Anyway, they have mowers, trimmers, tractors, saws, blowers, front loader attachments, Briggs & Stratton stuff, lubricants(maybe that’s the Slime), parts and service for all kinds of small motor needs…T-shirts too.  Go there.  It’ll make you want to want to get out and do something in the lawn-care line BEFORE the dandelions take over.

To top things off there was a Grand Prize drawing, with the Grand Prize being a Husqvarna string trimmer.  The winner of this nifty piece of equipment was Tammy Butto.  Probably the boys will get to use it first.  Congratulations.

Stop in to see S&K Sales & Service.  Your lawn will thank you.
