Autumn has arrived and now is a great time to get out and enjoy the sounds, smells, and sights of autumn.  Aurora has some amazing parks where you can enjoy all the wonders of this most beautiful time of year.

One area you need to visit is Tinker’s Creek State Park and Nature Preserve.  The state park is technically in Streetsboro on Aurora Hudson Road, but the Nature Preserve is in Aurora on Old Mill Road.  Herons, ducks, geese, and beaver can be found in the spring fed waters.  There are several trails that run throughout the park and the preserve.  During fall migration periods, the waters provide food and shelter for thousands of water fowl.  Please visit www.Parks.Ohiodnr.gov for more info.

Fall Festival:  Saturday October 8 at 11:00am at Sunny Lake Park.  Enjoy inflatables, hayrides, games, concessions, and more.  Fall fun for the whole family.  Sunny Lake Park is located at 855 Mennonite Road.  Call 330-562-4333 for more info.
